Why join Tinseltown Toastmasters?


Our members come from a wide range of professions, cultural backgrounds, age groups and speaking levels.

  • You need only to be 18 years or older.
  • You must have access to email. Communication between meetings regarding speaking roles, cancellations, special events and changes are all done via email.
  • Tinseltown meetings runs for 1 hour.
  • Toastmasters is a self-directed program. Members are not graded but work at their own pace and comfort level.
  • Our committee is dedicated to keeping our meetings energetic and supportive for all in attendance.  We value member feedback and encourage input to make positive changes.
  • Tinseltown Toastmasters has achieved President's Distinguished Club 2010 and 2011 and is serious about club and member goals. We strive to make our meetings strong, efficient and beneficial to the members' progress and development as speakers.




When will I have to speak?

You do not HAVE to do anything, but you will be encouraged to speak often and you will be amazed at how much you will enjoy it.
